Ladoja tenders over 34 exhibits against Ajimobi before the Oyo State Election Petition Tribunal

The Oyo State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Ibadan on Tuesday conceded more than 34 displays in a petition documented by the Understanding Party governorship competitor, Sen. Rashidi Ladoja.
The News Organization of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Ladoja is testing the triumph of Gov. Abiola Ajimobi of All Progressives Congress (APC), begging the tribunal to pronounce him the victor of the April 11 surveys.
Likewise joined in the petition are APC, Dr Rufus Akeju, INEC's Inhabitant Constituent Official and the commission.
The Executive of the three-man Tribunal, Equity Mohammed Mayaki, denoted the displays as tendered by the petitioner's lead counsel, Mr Richard Ogunwole (SAN).
The composed explanation of the first witness, Bimbo Adepoju, was conceded as proof and checked as Show 1.
Likewise, the Affirmed Rules for the Behavior of Decisions, Manual for Race Authorities 2015 and the readings from the Card Peruser machine were tendered and conceded.
The reports of ordered investigation of happenings amid the decision led by the first witness were additionally conceded as shows.
These included reports of decisions directed in Atiba, Atisbo and Iseyin Neighborhood Government Zones in Oyo State.
In any case, Messrs Olumuyiwa Aduroja (SAN), and Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) insight to Ajimobi and APC separately, said they would save their protests to the shows tendered till the phase of recording their last composed locations. (NAN)
